The points system is designed to progressively increase the level of participation required as players advance through the levels. This structure encourages greater engagement and consistent activity at each new level, reinforcing the value of progression and rewarding the most motivated players.
Inactivity deduction mechanism
- Levels 1–3: X points are deducted if no new deposit is made within 60 days.
- Levels 4-5: X points are deducted if no new deposit is made within 30 days.
The system also includes a points deduction mechanism to encourage continued activity. This structure incentivizes consistent participation, with stricter requirements for higher levels, reflecting greater benefits and status within the loyalty program. Customers can select the number of points to deduct for each of the three rules.
