Responsible Gaming Policy
Your safety and wellbeing come first
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
At Trickless N.V., responsible gaming is at the heart of everything we do. We want gambling to be an enjoyable, entertaining experience — and we are committed to making sure it stays that way for everyone who uses our platform.
We believe in giving you the tools, information, and support you need to stay in control. We also take our responsibility seriously when it comes to protecting vulnerable individuals and preventing underage gambling.
Our responsible gaming approach covers:
- Protecting minors and vulnerable people from harm
- Giving you practical tools to manage your play
- Providing clear information about problem gambling
- Connecting you with free, independent support organisations
Tools Available to You
We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control of your gambling. All tools are free to use and available directly in your account settings.
- Deposit Limits — Set a maximum amount you can deposit in 24 hours, 7 days, or one month.
- Session Reminders — Set a timer that reminds you how long you have been playing.
- Time Out — Take a short break from your account for 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
- Self-Exclusion — Close your account for 1 year up to 5 years or permanent.
Deposit Limits
You can set a limit on how much you deposit into your account. Limits can be set at any time — including before you make your first deposit — and are available for the following periods:
- Daily — 24 hours
- Weekly — 7 days
- Monthly — one month
If you set limits across more than one period at the same time (for example, a daily and a weekly limit), the lowest limit always applies. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit may be subject to a short cooling-off period.
Session Reminders
A session reminder is a "reality check" that appears on your screen after a pre-set amount of time, showing you how long you have been playing in that session. You must acknowledge the reminder before it disappears.
When a session reminder appears, you can choose to:
- Continue playing — the reminder resets and will appear again after the same interval
- Exit the game — your current game is closed
You can set, change, or remove your session reminder at any time in your account settings.
Time Out
If you need a break, you can activate a time out on your account. During a time out, you will not be able to log in or access the platform. Time outs take effect immediately and cannot be overridden or shortened once activated.
Time out periods available:
- 24 hours
- One week
- One month
- Three month
Once your time out expires, you can log back in as normal. If you feel you need a longer break, please consider self-exclusion.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a formal commitment to stop gambling for a set period. If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to use this tool.
Self-exclusion periods run from 6 months to 5 years.
When you self-exclude:
- Your account is closed immediately
- Any funds remaining in your account will be returned to you
- You will be removed from all marketing and promotional communications
- You will not be able to create a new account with us during the exclusion period
Self-exclusion cannot be reversed or overridden during the exclusion period.
Returning after self-exclusion
Once your self-exclusion period has expired, you may request to reopen your account. Any such request is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period during which your account will be reviewed before a decision is made. Reopening is not automatic.
Closing Your Account
You can close your account at any time, for any reason, by contacting our customer support team. Any funds you are entitled to will be returned to your registered payment method in line with our AML policy and Terms and Conditions.
We may also suspend or permanently close your account if we identify any of the following:
- Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
- Suspicious transactions or money laundering
- Collusion or use of automated software (bots)
- Underage gambling
- Breach of a self-exclusion agreement
- Misuse of software errors or faults
Protecting Minors
You must be 18 or over to register and play.
An 18+ logo is displayed prominently on our platform. During registration, you are required to confirm you are of legal age.
If underage gambling is detected and confirmed:
- The account will be closed immediately
- Any deposits will be refunded to the original payment method
- Winnings will be forfeited
- The incident will be reported to the relevant authorities
Our marketing and promotional materials will never be targeted at minors and will not include images of people who appear to be under 25 years of age.
