Violations of acceptable behaviour may result in account closure, suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements
All players must complete identity verification procedures as part of our KYC policy. This process includes:
- Initial verification during account registration.
- Enhanced verification for withdrawals exceeding XCG 4,000 (approximately EUR 2,000).
- Periodic refreshed verification as required by regulatory obligations.
Required documentation may include government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. We will not request additional information beyond what was required during account opening, except where strictly necessary for AML/CFT compliance.
3.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT)

4. Account Closure and Suspension
4.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification procedures.
4.2 Suspension and Involuntary Closure
We may suspend or close your account under the following conditions:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Failure to complete identity verification procedures.
- Self-exclusion or responsible gaming measures.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
5. Currency and Financial Transactions
5.1 Accepted Currencies
The gaming platform accepts the following currencies for stakes and prize money:

6. Player Funds and Winnings
6.1 Suspension, Cancellation, or Invalidation

Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from company operational funds, ensuring protection in accordance with CGA regulations.
7. Data Retention and Communications
7.1 Communication Retention Period
In compliance with CGA regulations, all communications relating to participation in games are retained for the following periods:
- Game transaction records: 5 years from the date of transaction
- Player communications (chat, email, support tickets): 3 years from last communication
- Account registration and KYC documents: 5 years from account closure
- Financial transaction records: 7 years from transaction date
- Responsible gaming and self-exclusion records: 10 years from implementation
7.2 Data Access and Privacy
Retained communications may be accessed by authorised personnel for regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and player protection purposes. All data handling complies with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
8. Responsible Gaming Policy
The gaming platform is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from gambling-related harm. Our comprehensive responsible gaming framework includes the tools and measures set out below.
8.1 Deposit and Spending Limits
Players can set the following limits on their accounts:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
- Session time limits
- Loss limits per session, day, week, or month
- Wager limits per bet or session
Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Limit decreases take effect immediately.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players may self-exclude from the gaming platform for the following periods:
- Standard periods: 1 year, 2 years, 5 years
- Permanent self-exclusion: Indefinite period
During self-exclusion, players cannot access their account, receive promotional materials, or create new accounts. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
8.3 Cooling-Off Periods
Players can request temporary account suspension (cooling-off) for: 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, or 3 months.

9. Withdrawal Requests and Dormant Accounts
9.1 Withdrawal Processing
- Withdrawals are only permitted after wagering requirements are met.
- Withdrawals may be held pending identity verification. Providing false information will result in account closure.
- Funds marked as "Bonus" or blocked due to interrupted games cannot be withdrawn.
- The deposit amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Cancelled bets are not considered as wagered; therefore, no withdrawal will be possible until a valid bet has been wagered.
- Withdrawals are processed within 2 business days, except for delays caused by payment methods.
- The minimum withdrawal is 20 EUR/USD or equivalent. You cannot withdraw more than the available balance.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method unless exceptions apply.
- Withdrawals over €50,000 may be paid in monthly installments. Progressive jackpots are paid in full.
- Any external banking fees are the player's responsibility.
9.2 Dormant Account Policy
Accounts are considered dormant after 12 months of inactivity. For dormant accounts:
- We will attempt to contact the player via registered email and phone.
- After 18 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee of €5 may be applied.
- Balances under €10 may be forfeited after 24 months of inactivity.
- Larger balances are held indefinitely and returned upon player contact.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising from or relating to your use of the gaming platform services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
10.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes between Trickless N.V. and the player that cannot be resolved through our complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of Curaçao courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
11. Complaints Procedure and Alternative Dispute Resolution
11.1 Internal Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint regarding our services, please follow this procedure:

- Provide detailed information about your complaint, including account details and relevant documentation.
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
- Investigation and resolution will be completed within 10 business days.

11.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
In accordance with Article 5.3 of the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (NOGC), if you are not satisfied with our internal resolution, you may escalate your complaint to our certified ADR provider. ADR services are provided free of charge to players. The ADR decision is binding on the gaming platform but not on the player, who retains the right to pursue legal action.

12. Bonuses and Promotions
12.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

14.2 Remittance Rules
The general rule is that funds are returned only to the account from which they originated. However, alternative remittance procedures apply when this is not possible, including:
- When the original payment account or wallet is suspended or closed.
- For cryptocurrency wallets that are lost, unavailable, or sanctioned.
- In cases of delisted tokens, chain forks, or blocked addresses.
Alternative remittance procedures require additional verification and may involve longer processing times to ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations.
15. Cancellation of Wagers and Events
15.1 Event Cancellation and Termination
Wagers, games, and events may be cancelled or terminated under various circumstances. Our procedures address:
- Odds errors and software bugs.

- Event postponements, cancellations, or rule changes.

15.2 Refund Procedures

Effective from December 24, 2024, we maintain a historical archive of all Terms and Conditions versions. Previous versions are made accessible to players upon request through our customer support channels.

These Terms and Conditions are available for consultation at all times via the publicly accessible part of our website, accessible within one click from the homepage footer, registration page, player account area, and all website pages and mobile platforms.
17. Final Provisions
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to a competent court of Curaçao.
17.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trickless N.V. regarding your use of the gaming platform services.
